Windsor is playing host to 62 students in an exchange program with it's sister city from Fujisawa, Japan. Global Partners, pairs up teens with host families in a cultural exchange. Community development officer, Nora Romero says it's a celebration of culture and understanding between our cities. The girls will tour a local hospital, city hall and travel to Niagara Falls.
