President of the Amabassador Bridge Dan Stamper says they decided to sue individual Councillors to discover who acted in bad faith when making decisions regarding the bridge.

He says too many decisions surrounding the Ambassador Bridge were made behind closed doors. Stamper says he hopes their lawyers move quickly into a discovery mode to find out who did what, when and for what reason. He says he expects to find that not all councillors were involved in decisions to outwardly harm the bridge Company.
