The last transmission has rolled off the line as the Windsor GM plant prepares to close its doors after 90-years in the city. Joe Lebouef who's worked at the plant for nearly 28 years calls today a sad day. CAW Local 1973 President Bill Reeves says the mood in the plant is somber. About 500 workers will be out of work.
