Windsor city council wants to know if Zalevs is complying with Ministry of the Environment orders to clean up its' site.

The orders are related to runoff... leaking lechate... and air quality at the mid-city scrap yard. The city is also keeping the door open to expropriating the scrap yard but acting Mayor Alan Halberstadt admits that could be some time off. Zalevs hasn't responded to the city's offer to move the scrap yard.
