It's taken a full decade but Doctor Alfie Morgan thinks he's finally made city hall a friendly place for small business owners.

City council has adopted a list of recommendations including opening a storefront office to help business owners with paperwork and research... appointing a small business co-ordinator to help negotiate fees and permits... and maybe even offering financial incentives one day. Morgan says it'll pay off.
The Small Business Enterprise Centre could open by September.
