Disgraced Chatham doctor Ian dePass will be in front of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario the this morning to officially be reprimanded. Last fall, doctor dePass was found to have committed an act of professional misconduct, and was later deemed incompetent. DePass also had limitations placed upon his practice, including only being an assistant in surgery. He's also barred from providing pre-and-post operative care and offering care in an office setting.
